The Aga Khan Rural Support Programmed (AKRSP) is looking for passionate and qualified professionals to join our team in the following roles:

Manager Finance – Regional Program Office, Chitral
Field Education Officers –
* Regional Program Office, Chitral (Madaklasht)
* Area Office Hunza-Nagar (Upper Hunza)

Manager Finance:

✔️ CA/ACMA/ICMA/ACCA or Masters in Finance/MBA in Finance (if CA, at least intermediate and duly completed articles from reputable audit firm)
✔️ ·Candidate must have 5 years of experience including at least 3 years of experience in handling projects funded by different international donors.
✔️Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, iScala software, or a similar ERP system, Experience of financial modelling , Good knowledge of project management cycle, proficient in Office 365 with advance skills in excel and Power BI, Report writing, Team building, people management and task delegation skills are essential.

Field Education Officers:

✔️16 years of education in educational leadership, ECD, teacher education, school improvement, or educational/ECD evaluation from a reputable institute.
✔️A proven record of a minimum of two years in education/ECD in primary to secondary education; with knowledge of government sector education and ECD field, preferably in Pakistan.
✔️A proven leadership and management skills. Knowledge of school improvement processes to increase access and retention, improve teaching and student learning outcomes, and educational leadership while working with a range of stakeholders and knowledge of holistic ECD. Experience and a strong commitment to community/NGO participation in education, ECD, and innovative approaches.
